Dianne M. Millner
Dianne, a graduate of Stanford University Law School and a licensed California real estate broker, has represented clients in legal matters involving hundreds of real estate and business transactions, ranging from billion-dollar development deals, complex commercial, office, retail, shopping center, mixed-use and housing projects to mom-and-pop stores and individuals buying their first homes or investment properties.
Ms. Millner possesses on-the-ground practical knowledge about getting real estate and economic development deals done, whether for a major corporate client, an individual buying a home, or a small business owner leasing his facility.
Dianne advised San Francisco on some of its most iconic and important developments, including the Moscone Convention Center, the Ferry Building and Pier 1 renovations, Fisherman’s Wharf, and the Port of San Francisco’s extensive commercial, retail and hotel leasing portfolio.
She represented government agencies in numerous sports team transactions, including development of the San Francisco Giants Ballpark, and transactions with the Golden State Warriors, the Oakland A’s, and the Oakland Raiders.
She headed a legal department of government attorneys that handled multimillion dollar commercial, hotel, industrial, mixed-use and affordable housing deals, including redevelopment of the former Oakland Army Base.
Dianne worked in law firms for private clients for decades; combining her private industry skills with her representation of government agencies ensures that she can best facilitate public-private partnerships.
Dianne has helped numerous small business owners and individuals buy or lease commercial and investment properties, as well as purchase homes.
